How to Renovate a Hotel

Come join us for a panel consisting of three Contractors, a Designer and a Hotel Manager as they discuss the steps from beginning to end in the renovation of a hotel.
Our Panel Members are as follows:
Jerry Stonum, S&H Renovations. In business since 1981, General Contractor specializing in hotel renovations since 1994. Has participated in renovations of over 70 hotels, ranging in size from 20 rooms to 550 rooms. Guestrooms, ADA upgrades, conference rooms, lobbies, etc. Currently working on Chaminade Conference Center, Santa Cruz, and Sheraton San Diego.
Pat Del Gavio, Del Gavio Group. Pat has designed several hotel and commercial projects over the past 20 years, and is currently involved in 2 mid-rise, high-end condo towers in Redwood City. Del Gavio Group provides design, planning, purchasing and construction management services.
Mike Roach, Sr. VP and COO of Marchetti Group. Mike is heavily involved in planning and management of large hotel renovation projects throughout California. His company has completed major projects for Marriott, Sheraton, Westin and Hilton Hotels.
Chad Olson, General Manager, Hotel Adagio. Chad is a 15 year veteran of hotel management. He has supervised several major renovation projects with a number of hotel groups including Joie de Vivre, and Woodside Resorts.
Tim Korzep, Owner TJK Associates. Tim is a wall covering/painting contractor specializing in hotel renovations for the past 18 years. His company has worked hotel projects from coast to coast, and is specialized in difficult applications.
