A Tour of the SOMA Grand Condominiums

Wednesday May 7, 2008 – 5:30 P.M.

The SOMA Grand complex is the first condominium complex to be run by Joie de Vivre Hotels as a full service luxury community. Each resident will receive V.I.P. memberships offering special V.I.P. services and discounts to hotel rooms, spa services, and over 100 restaurants and other premium establishments in San Francisco.

Come join us for a tour of the SOMA Grand led by Sherry Caplan, Principal, Architecture International, IIDA, Associate AIA and Chip Conley, Director of Joie de Vivre Hospitality as they show us these wonderful facilities and explain its advantages.

Architecture International is internationally recognized for the interior design of residential hospitality and mixed use projects through the U.S. and Asia. Their projects include The Orchard Garden Hotel—San Francisco’s first LEED Certified hotel, which we toured last year—The Essex on Lake Merritt in Oakland, and The Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston.

Chip Conley, Director and C.E.O. of Joie de Vivre, is now developing a number of condominium complexes of which the SOMA Grand is the prototype.

Reservations are a MUST since we have a maximum of 75 participants for the tour.

RSVP to Don Howard at 415-334-0397
no later than May 3, 2008.

Refreshments will be served.
